Welcome to the Gylded Salon website. By using our website or booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your scheduled service.  Late arrivals may be subject to being rescheduled.

Service pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, time, product usage, stylist booked and the services performed.

We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Due to the professional nature of our products, all retail sales are final.

If a product is defective or is not the right fit for your hair care needs, we are happy to offer salon retail credit at our discretion.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact your stylist within 7 days of your appointment so they have the opportunity to evaluate your concerns and, when appropriate, provide a service adjustment.

Refunds are not provided for services rendered.  

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Gylded Salon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Gylded Salon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
